Blinks at the sun
Sorry I haven't been feeling terribly communicative of late - I guess the old black dog has been sniffing around and has outstayed his welcome. RL stuff has been getting me down for various reasons - I was hoping to get back to the UK this month to give my family a good talking to, but it looks like I won't be able to go now until August. Oh, well. they'll have to wait.

On the plus side, I have begun modding at OWL, under annie's eagle eye.
I have completed a chapter of Epiphany. Won't be posting it on any archives until I've done the follow up chapter though in case I need to edit. (It is up on my IJ comm but under a flock :)

Oh, and if anyone can tell me why a cd refuses to format (I'm trying to do a back up disk) I'd be glad of the help.

	I think I need to join the comm to ba able to read the entry. Is you Cd a cd-R or cd-RW? I don't think the R can be erased; (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Membership approved:) It's a cd-r, but i've been looking at some of the troubleshooter sites and this seems to be a common problem with vista. Basically, although they say you can do it, you can't without some other 3rd part software like Nero - so I'm looking at that option at the moment. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	As far as I know, a cd-r can be burned only once, so it's be kind of logical if it couldn't be formatted. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
